Post Construction Cleanup Step-by-Step:
1. Job-site Clear-Out & Debris Collection We begin by clearing the site of construction debris and leftover materials, including packaging, scrap wood, tile boxes, plastic wrap, and other job waste. Removing these items first allows safe and efficient detail cleaning to follow.
2. Adhesive, Paint & Material Residue Removal Next, we address paint drips, caulk smears, grout haze, adhesive spots, and other construction residues. Careful surface treatment prevents damage while restoring a clean, polished finish.
3. Initial Surface Dust-Down & Rough Wipe All major surfaces receive an initial wipe-down to eliminate heavy dust and loose particles. Cabinets, doors, glass, countertops, trim, fixtures, and appliances are pre-cleaned to prepare for detail work.
4. Label, Tape & Sticker Removal New fixtures, appliances, windows, and hardware often arrive with labels or protective films. We remove stickers, film, and adhesive residue, ensuring surfaces look professional and presentation-ready.
5. Detailed Cleaning & Fine Surface Finish Once rough debris and dust are cleared, we deep-clean walls, trim, cabinets, glass, tile, countertops, and fixtures. This step ensures all visible surfaces are polished, free of dust, and fully ready for inspection.
6. Precision Floor Care Floor cleaning is completed last for best results. We thoroughly vacuum, sweep, scrub, and mop, ensuring no dirt or dust settles back onto freshly cleaned surfaces. Floor polishing and specialty floor care services are available upon request.
